The mobiles emittinig some kinds of radiation which are not god for human health and also not safe for our environment.. there are lot of problems are created by the this radiation… all these things want to be control immediately.

Dietary sources of Vitamin B5

The term pantothenic acid is obtained from the Greek word pantos, meaning all over. Vitamin B5 is broadly spread in plant and animal food sources, where it happens in both bound and free forms. Pantothenic acid is splendidly found in cauliflower, mushrooms, peanuts, liver, kidney, seeds and other nuts, pumpkin, mushrooms, cheese, egg yolk, fish, chicken, legumes, sweet potato, milk, soya, wholegrain bread and cereals, and bananas. The richest sources of the vitamins are the ovaries of cod and tuna fish. Breakfast cereals are as well a good source if they have been fortified with pantothenic acid. Do not add soda to the water used for cooking vegetables - it will obliterate the pantothenic acid.
