Proper nutrition

Food provides nutrients from six wide classes: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, dietary minerals, and water. Carbohydrates are metabolized to give energy. Proteins provide amino acids, which are necessary for cell, especially muscle, construction. Essential fatty acids are required for brain and cell membrane construction. Vitamins and trace minerals help maintain proper electrolyte balance and are required for a lot of metabolic processes. Dietary fiber is another food component which influences health even though it is not really absorbed into the body.

Any diet that fails to get together minimum nutritional requirements can threaten general health (and physical fitness in particular). If a person is not well sufficient to be active, weight loss and good quality of life will be improbable.

Web browser

A web browser is a software application which enables a user to display and interrelate with text, images, videos, music, games and other information classically situated on a Web page at a website on the World Wide Web or a local area network. Text and images on a Web page can contain hyperlinks to other Web pages at the same or dissimilar website. Web browsers allow a user too rapidly and easily access information provided on many Web pages at many websites by traversing these links. Web browsers format HTML information for display, so the look of a Web page may differ between browsers.

Some of the Web browsers currently obtainable for personal computers comprise Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera[2], Avant Browser, Konqueror, Lynx, Google Chrome, Flock, Arachne, Epiphany, K-Meleon and AOL Explorer. Web browsers are the most usually used type of HTTP user agent. Although browsers are typically used to access the World Wide Web, they can also be used to access information provided by Web servers in confidential networks or content in file systems.
